The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) Audie L. Murphy Division has a requirement for a Fast Flap Neuro Fixation System and Cannulated Screw Fixation System. The Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital, San Antonio, TX, proposes to award a sole source consignment contract with Osteomed L.P. Contract will be for base year and two one-year options for renewal. Osteomed L.P. is to provide a Fast Flap Neuro Fixation System consisting of various components to the Neurology Section and a 2.0/2.4 and 3.0/3.4 Cannulated Screw Fixation System to the Podiatry Section of the hospital. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 13.501(a)(2)(I), test program, using simplified acquisition procedures. Interested persons may identify interest and ability to respond to this requirement. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
