The VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach California intends to enter into a sole source Consignment Agreement with Intermed Orthopedics, Inc. for Orthopedic Knee Kits. Intermed Orthopedics, Inc. will provide various orthopedics knee kits to be readily accessible for the Department of Veterans Affairs Loma Linda Healthcare System. The agreement will be for a twelve month base period with four one-year renewal option year periods available. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 13.501 (a), Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, in conjunction with Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113 and the Small Business Size Standard (SIC) is 500 employees. This requirement will be awarded on an unrestricted basis. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the product. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer within ten days from the date of publication of this synopsis.
