Shoreview, MN 55128-2978 for the following supplies: 8 Channel Polygraf ID Esophageal Manometry Application System. Medtronic Bravo System is a PROPRIETARY SYSTEM only available through Medtronic, which enables Ambulatory 24hour PH recordings using catheter-free radiotherapy capsules. This procurement will be added to existing machines already in place within facility. Place of performance is the Department of Veterans Affairs, Northport Facility, Northport New York.
