The Memphis VAMC has a requirement to acquire AAA Vascular Grafts from Cook Medical, Inc consisting of one each G55237, G55239, G55231, G55230, G55247 AAA Iliac Leg Graft ; one each G55216 AAA Endo Graft Main Body; one each G48429 AAA Endo Graft Bifurcated Main Body; and one each G12831 Performed Extra Large Performer. This Special Notice is being publicized to announce the medical center's intent to sole source this requirement under the authority of 38 U.S.C 8123. Proposed contracts negotiated under this authority are approved for Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other source can satisfy the supplies or services to meet the agency's requirements.
