This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This requirement is being solicited as full and open. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. This requirement is categorized under NAICS: 335999. This requirement is for a Brand Name only of Advia 120 for the following reasons: this machine is standardized across USAF laboratories. This unit is used in other USAF laboratories, minimizing the need to retrain technicians. Award will be made to the quotation which offers the best value to the government. The Government also reserves the right to make no award at all.
