This is just a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Lifecell Corporation for the attached item listing for the Department of Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The Alloderm Regenerative Tissue Matrix and the Strattice Reconstructive Tissue Matrix will be used in reconstructive breast and abdominal surgeries.

Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. Period of performance will be for five years. NAICS code is 339113.
