This announcement is to provide notification of the Department of Veterans Affairs, GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) intent to enter into a Consignment Agreement with Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation/Synthes Spine for allograft tissue for the VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI, on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity consignment agreement. The performance period will be of one year from the date of award (with four one-year options exercised at the government's discretion). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the product. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer within five days from the date of publication of this announcement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received the GLAC will proceed with the intended consignment agreement. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquires will be accepted.
