NAICS Code for this requirement is 339113. The U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Musculoskeletal Tissue Foundation. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Point of Contact (POC). Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration.
