This FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY announcement is a notice that TRICA RE Southeast Region which includes all DoD Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee are in the process of standardizing Anti-Embolism and/or Compression Stockings as listed i n the subject line above. These include Anti-Embolism and/or Compression Stockings. Companies who currently possess a Distribution and Pricing Agreements (DAPA) or those in the process of obtaining a DAPA with the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP ) for this product are eligible to participate in the standardization process. Base company criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: must have DAPA number prior to facility evaluations commencing, must provide customer support in the form of a sales representative with listing of phone numbers for each MTF within the TRICARE Southeast Region, must provide education programs, and utilization reports upon request, must provide companys return policy, history of back-orders and/or recalls upon request, must provide companys distribution network, hav e distribution agreement with current Prime Vendor in Southeast Region, must be able to provide products for all MTFs within TRICARE Southeast Region with volume discounts, must provide implementation plan upon request, must provide what brand(s) your comp any manufactures or distributes your products, and must provide electronic and hard-copy of proposed pricing and competitive product cross-reference upon request. Base product criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: " Must be latex-free. " Must be available in a variety of sizes and lengths. " Must provide instructions for patient use. " Provide measuring device or fitting/sizing instructions clearly identifiable. " The sizes and types of products are easily identified on packaging. " Must be available for all genders. " Must be washable. " Must be simple, easy to use, and require minimal training. " Must provide published literature for review on all products. Respondents must provide all written detailed information on the proposed products, which clearly outline the requirements stated above before the close of business on the closing date of this solicitation.
