The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) Audie L. Murphy Division has a requirement for Aortic Heart Valves. The Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital, San Antonio, TX, proposes to award a sole source consignment contract with Medtronic, Inc. Contract will be for base year and two twelve-month options to renew. Medtronic Inc., is to provide the following Mosaic Cinch Bioprosthesis Aortic Heart Valves, part numbers, 305C1901, 305C2101, 305C2301, 305C2501, 305C2701 and 305C2901. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 13.501(a)(2)(I), test program, using simplified acquisition procedures. Interested persons may identify interest and ability to respond to this requirement. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m., CST, June 1, 2004.
