The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of the Kernersville VA Health Care Center (HCC) is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice to Veteran-owned small business (VOSB) and/or Service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) sources for Depuy Synthes Arthroscopic instruments. The needed instruments are specific for use in arthroscopic surgery of the joints. This is a Brand Name Only requirement for compatibility with existing surgical instruments. Offeror must be an authorized distributor for the manufacturer. See attachment for list of required instruments. NEW equipment ONLY- no remanufactured or gray market equipment. Equipment must be covered under manufacturer s warranty. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112 and the Classification code is 6515. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government.
