SOURCES SOUGHT This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hubzone; 8(a); small; small disadvantage; small veteran owned business; service disabled veteran owned small business; large business) relative to NAICS 423450 (size standard of 100 employees). Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published in the Fedbizopps website. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. The Veterans Affairs Pittsburgh Healthcare System is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide a name brand or equivalent Audioscan Verifit VF-1 Real Ear Hearing Aid Anaylzer. The Offeror must include a remote speaker and stand as well as a Noah Kit (including driver software and connecting cable). The Offeror must also provide the monitor headset, 4 battery pills, RECD Transducer, telecoil testing, setup and on-site training and user manuals, two probe microphone assemblies, test box coupler/reference microphones HA1 and HA2 couplers, Blue tak to secure ITE/ITC/CIC aid to HA1 Coupler, 1 package of disposable probe tubes, 1 roll of thermal printer paper, and connecting cables and ear tips. The system shall include a warranty for two years on parts and labor.
