Responses to this sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide Axumin (Fluciclovine F18) injections for the VA Long Beach Healthcare System, Long Beach, CA 90822. The period of performance will approximately start May 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019. Axumin Fluciclovine F-18 10 mCi/dose 20 EA Shipping for routine delivery orders NTE $249 per order.
