This request for quotation consists of the following Biodex item or its equal: Item 0001: Biodex Balance System SD, model number 950-300, 1 ea. Specifications required of âequalâ product include: 1.) a stable balance platform that provides a variety of skill/intensity levels; 2.) an adjustable feedback monitor that provides information to the patient during treatment; 3.) adjustable support handles for stabilization within reach of the patient. Print-out capabilities for feedback would be preferred but is not a requirement. The delivery location is Travis AFB, California. The required delivery date is 30 days after award.
