VAMC Birmingham, AL Prosthetic Service intends to establish consignment agreement (s) for balloon and stents, the contractor agrees to furnish and maintain an inventory of products and related supplies at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 700 South 19th Street, Birmingham, AL 35233, for the period from date of award through July 31, 2005, with two (2) one-year option to renew on consignment basis in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract / consignment agreement. Items under this contract / consignment agreement as listed in the Consignment Inventory will be placed at the medical centers at no expense to the Government, until such time as a requirement for the item exists and a purchase (delivery) order is placed against the contract / consignment agreement.
