Caribbean Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94089-1189. A sole source procurement will be issued to Cepheid, Inc. because the reagents and collection devices are used on the Cepheid Gene Xpert system which identifies Methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), C difficile, influenza A, B and H1N12009, Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhea and Mycobacterium tuberculosis/RIF resistance gene. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b)(2), soliciting from a single source . The NAICS code is 339112 and has a size standard of 1000 employees.
