Description of requirements: Lease of endoscopy equipment manufactured by Olympus America, Inc. to include 3 Gastroscopes and 2 Colonoscopes and associated equipment to the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw, MI . Services to be included as part of this acquisition is maintenance and repair services conducted by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Olympus America, Inc. Period of Performance: August 1, 2019- July 31, 2024 A firm fixed price BPA with option years is anticipated. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement.
