The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Four Points Technology, LLC. A sole source procurement is being issued to Four Points Technology, LLC due to them being the only authorized reseller of the BD CATO IV Compounding System. Four Points Technology LLC is a SDVOSB. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
