Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Biosense Webster (DUNS: 020163218), pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5, FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) and Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. The proposed sole source BPA call order is for electrophysiology catheters that are compatible with existing Biosense Webster brand carto-mapping systems at the requiring facility. The catheters are available on Blanket Purchase Agreement VA119-16-A-0066, awarded by the VA Strategic Acquisition Center for the purpose of streamlining procurement of these items. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Thursday, July 14, 2016, 05:00PM, EST.
