The John D. Dingell Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI, 48201 intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Boston Scientific, One Scimed Place, Maple Grove, MN, 55311 for a consignment agreement to purchase biliary stents. These stents are utilized during the performance of diagnostic Radiology procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2).
