This is a Source Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Arthrex Orthopedic Surgical Cases at 121st Combat Support Hospital/Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital (BAACH), USAMEDDAC-Korea. The supplies are listed with attachment.
Interested parties shall meet Delivery requirement to provide supplies as below.
Delivery Requirement
1.Delivery shall be made within three (3) working days after receipt of call unless otherwise specified by the Contracting Officer or BPA Call Officer.
2.The supplier shall notify the Receiving Officer of delivery status a minimum of two (2) days prior to the required delivery date.
3.Delivery shall not be accepted on any national holidays without prior coordination with Contracting Officer and/or the Receiving Officer. National holidays are defined as quote mark any calendar day either designated as a United States Holiday, or recognized as Republic of Korea Holiday by USFK quote mark .
4.Deliveries to the supply points will normally be made during the following times:
Monday through Friday: 0800 - 1200 hours / 1300 - 1600 hours
5.The Contractor shall deliver item on time specified in each call.
6.Delivery Point: Gate 13, Yongsan, Seoul, Korea, Unit #15281 APO AP 96205-5281
Call will be placed against the BPA as supplies as required. Period of Performance will be effective 1 August 2014 through 30 July 2019. The NAICS code is 339112.
