SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: General Statement of Need: The availability and capability of qualified business sources that can provide the following Ortho Clinical Immunohematology products for VISN 1 Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) for manual testing in the Laboratories within VISN 1 as listed herein, as requested by authorized VA Staff, in order to support several VA Medical Centers within the VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS). The Ortho Clinical Immunohematology products listed below are a list of the requested items. The vendor must provide reagent products that are convenient for manual Blood Bank testing. The products must be of high quality and the cells prediluted as needed for testing reducing tech time and chance of error. All supplies provided under this contractor shall be F.O.B. Destination; fuel surcharges shall not be allowed nor added to the invoice. The VABHS is seeking one responsible vendor that can provide all of the supplies listed below.
