Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4 is seeking information on potential sources to furnish disposable commodities that can be used with the Alcon Phacoemulsification machine (cataract removal), Centurion and the Alcon Constellation Vitrectomy equipment. The disposable items listed below would need to be delivered at least monthly to the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center (aka. Philadelphia VA Medical Center), 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The requirement is only for Brand Name Alcon disposables. Potential vendors should respond with their ability to provide the following brand name items. Responses should include proof of approval to distribute Alcon products, business size and socio-economic status, typical delivery terms, company point of contact, and willingness to enter into an option year contract with pricing established upfront for the option years. Information provided by potential sources will be utilized by the Government to determine market availability and procurement strategy.
