The US Army Center for Environmental Health Research (USACEHR) is interested in the identification of protein biomarkers. In order to perform this research a USACEHR requires reagents for the isotopic labeling of peptides. Product must be brand name or equal.

Must be amine-specific, stable isotopes that can label all peptides in eight different biological samples.

Must enable simultaneous identification and quantitation, both relative and absolute, while retaining important Post translational modification (PTM) information.

Must have fragment reporter ions from the labels must be in the mass to charge window of 113 to 121.

Must be suitable for peptides and make the compatible for Mass spectrometer fragmentation (MS/MS) analysis on a Thermo Orbitrap mass spectrometer.
