The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of businesses including (but not limited to) 8(a), HubZone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and Veteran-Owned Small Business firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 339112.
The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking both manufacturers and/or distributors of the exact match or functionally equivalent equipment to the following products:
Medical Electronic Systems SQA Sperm Quality Analyzer (VS-FA-01063-00)
24 Touch Screen Display (VA-S01221-00)
Testing Supplies Starter Pack (0140)

Purpose and Requirement: This equipment is needed to provide post-vasectomy screening and fertility workups for active duty, veterans, and retirees. The equipment will be in the FHCC facility laboratory and needs to interface with the lab s middleware Data Innovations to transmit patient results from the instrument through Data Innovations into VistA.
Interested sources are requested to submit an email delineating qualification, capabilities, and experience for providing this or similar product. Please include your business size with your submittal. If providing a submittal and offering equipment as a distributor (non-manufacturer) contractors shall also submit proof of authorization to distribute from the manufacturer of the offered equipment.
This is not a Request for Proposal or Quote or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender.
