INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FAR 6.302-1(c) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to Carefusion Solutions, LLC., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c): "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed procurement is for the purchase of new Carefusion Alaris Infusion System Devices with Guardrails® Point-of-Care Software for Syringe modules for The Albany VA Medical Center. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 and the size standard is 1000 employees. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.
