The VA Medical Center White River Junction, Vermont, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Olympus America Inc. for the purchase of 2 each PCF-H180AL Ultra Slim Video Colonoscopes. The purchase will upgrade our current Olympus systems and provide higher resolution for Endoscopic evaluation. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All proposals received by 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time, August 26th, 2010, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is subject to availability of funds.
