The New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS), 1501 San Pedro Drive SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108 wishes to enter into a consignment agreement for Orthopedic Fixation devices and instruments as follows: One each of the Mini, Small, and Large Fragment Sets; One each of the Cannulated Screw Sets in 3.0mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.5mm, 6.0mm, 6.5mm and 7.0mm. Also one each of Staple Set (extra small 1/4" short to large 9/16"); and 1 set each of Hip Implant sets Compression Hip Plate & Side Screws (AMBI) and Hemi-Arthroplasty Instrument Set. The solicitation will be released on or about November 6, 2002 and will close 30 days thereafter.
