The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN Acquisition Service Center, 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400, Murfreesboro, TN, 37129 intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Edwards Lifesciences, LLC, One Edwards Way, Irvine, CA 92614 for a consignment agreement to purchase Pericardial Aortic and Mitral Heart Valves for implanting purposes. These items are utilized by the surgical team for procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(1).
