The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN Acquisition Service Center, 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400, Murfreesboro, TN, 37129 intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Johnson & Johnson/Cordis, McNeil Customer Service Dept., Camp Hill Road, Fort Washington, PA 19034 for a consignment agreement to purchase iliac, biliary, and balloon stents. These items are utilized by the vascular team for vascular procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2).
