Murphy VA Hospital, San Antonio, TX, proposes to negotiate and award a sole source consignment contract to Abbott Vascular, Inc. Contract will be from date of award to September 30, 2005, with two-one year renewal options. Abbott Vascular, Incorporated, is to provide a variety of the following Stents; Wavemax expandable 7mmx28x75cm, 8mmx28x75cm, 7mmx38x75mm, and 8mmx38x75cm; Xceed self expanding 5mmx40mmx80cm, 5mmx60mmx80cm, 6mmx40mmx80cm, 6mmx60mmx80cm, 6mmx80mm, 80cm, 6mmx60mmx120cm, 8mmx60mmx80cm, 8mmx80mmx80cm, 6mmx60mmx120cm, 8mmx60mmx80cm, 8mmx80mmx80cm, and 8mmx30mmx120cm; Expert self expanding 5mmx40mmx80cm, 5mmx30x120cm, 6mmx30mmx80cm, 6mmx40x80cm, 6mmx60mmx80cm, 6mmx60mmx120cm, 8mmx40mmx80cm, 8mmx60mmx80cm, 8mmx40mmx120cm, and 8mmx60mmx120cm. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 13.501(a)(2)(I), test program, using simplified acquisition procedures and Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
