The VA Puget Sound Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item consignment agreement with OrthoPro LLC for cannulated bone screws. OrthoPro LLC can provide these items in various sizes and quantities to be readily accessible for placement in the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Seattle WA. The agreement will be for a base period with four one year options. This procurement is being conducted under FAR subpart 13.501(a), Test Program for certain commercial items, in conjunction with Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The NAICS is 339112 and the Small Business Size Standard (SIC) is 500 employees. This requirement is set aside small business. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, and should provide supporting evidence (i.e. authorized distributor certification, etc.) in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. . This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone request will not be honored.
