1. The VA Healthcare Network VA Medical Center, Miami, Fl is hereby soliciting offers for specific devices (Cardiac Stents) for cardiac surgical procedures. The VA anticipates entering into a Consignment Agreement with the contractor providing the best overall value to the Government. 2. VA anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. The contract will be for one year from date of award, with two (2) additional option year for a total contract period not to exceed two (3) years. Contractors may submit proposals for each section listed in supplies and services. In order for the contractor to be considered for award, the contractor must provide pricing for all items listed for Base Year and Option Years. 3. Contractor agrees to furnish and maintain an inventory of items listed above at the VA on consignment basis in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract/consignment agreement herein. Items under this contract/consignment agreement will be placed upon request by the VA at the VA, at no expense to the Government. A complete listing of model and/or part numbers will be provided to the Contracting Officer upon delivery of the initial inventory. The Contractor is required to make delivery FOB destination to the following VA facilities in VA Healthcare Network Miami, FL (VISN 8)
