The VA Puget Sound Health Care System, Seattle WA intends to negotiate a sole source commerical item consignment agreement with Cordis Cardiology Corporation, a Johnson and Johnson Company for Cypher Sirolimus-eluting Stents. Period of performance will be one year from date of award with four options to extend. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone request will not be honored.
