Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX 75216. I. INTRODUCTION The VA North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS) needs to acquire replacement of hardware and software upgrades. The system is essential for the operation of the electrophysiology and cardiac catheterization labs in Cardiology. The equipment is becoming obsolete and will no longer be supported by the vendor. This will be installed in the OR for use by the cath lab/EP lab staff to perform those procedures. II. SCOPE OF WORK: A. General: The vendor shall provide the hardware and software upgrades that meet the fundamental needs of the facility and all requirements listed in the SOW and elsewhere herein. Pricing shall be all inclusive for this procurement, which shall include all hardware, software, training and installation. Integration and Compatibility: The vendor shall provide the Volcano software upgrades that interface with our current IT system. B. Contractor Records Control Requirements: All records (administrative and program specific) created during the period of the contract belong to VA North Texas Health Care system (VANTHCS) and must be returned to VANTHCS at the end of the contract in accordance with VHA's Record Control Schedule (RCS 10-1). C. Security: The COR and the Contractor will assure that- 1. Contracted personnel will have only supervised access to any VA information systems. 2. NO MEMORY DEVICES OR VA DATA OF ANY TYPE SHALL BE TRANSFERRED FROM THE VA.
