This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number is VA259-17-Q-0780 The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 12.6. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-92. This acquisition will utilize full-and-open competition after exclusion of sources and set aside for Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSBs).
