Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Amo USA Inc. for the following: Line Items 0001: 40 Packages VISX Custom Vue Cards to be used with VISX Excimer Laser Serial #5147, P/N: 0030-4835. The cards are to be used with a laser that is under licensing agreements. No other product on the market will satisfy due to licensing restrictions. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. North American Industrial Classification Standard, 339112, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement.
