The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for a Cyberwand USL System with components. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Gyrus ACMI, L.P., 6655 Wedgewood Road, Suite 160, Maple Grove, MN 55311-3613
1 each Cyberwand Dual Probe USL system; ergonomically-designed handpiece, compatible with all major scopes, and single generator/transducer powers both concentric probes simultaneously at two distinct frequencies
1 each Cyberwand USL transducer; ergonomically designed and autoclavable; both inner and outer probes are powered by the same transducer hand piece.
2 each CW sterile transducer tray;
2 each Cyberwand USL wrench;
2 each Cyberwand USL cleaning stylet;
1 each Cyberwand probe set (3 per box), inner probe, vibrates at 21,000 Hz, breaking up the small calculi; outer probe vibrates at 1,000 Hz and provides high-energy, shock impact de-bulk the stone; unique, patented probe design helps to keep the entire inner probe lumen open to allow for quick and efficient suctioning of the stone Fragments; concentric design allows the outer probe to glide over the fixed, inner probe. Both inner and outer probes are powered by the generator
1 each Cyberwand footswitch, higher pulse rate disintegrates large stones to smaller fragments and lower pulse rate pulverizes smaller calculi and debris for faster suctioning from the operative site through the interior probe
