The supplies will be delivered to the Dialysis Clinic Fayetteville. The VA Fayetteville Dialysis Unit will be a VA-operated free-standing 16 chairs chronic dialysis unit that will serve a maximum of 64 patients. Supplies will be required beginning 10/01/2015.
