The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone request will not be accepted. However, any qualified vendor that determines it can meet the government's requirements may give written notification through e-mail to Contract Specialist, [email protected], by July 16, 2014, 3:00PM EST.
