The Air Force Medical Logistics Office/Veterans Affairs Special Services intends to award on a sole source basis a firm fixed price contract to Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, Inc. to provide two each Dialysis/CRRT Fresenius-K, part#190371 for Lackland Air Force Base, TX. The proposed action is in accordance with the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other Than Full and Open Competition. This is an upgrade to existing equipment.
