The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistics Office intends to procure sole source from Neuroscan for the high impedance SynAmps 70-channel EEG Amplifier. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition. This notice is not a request for offers. All proposals received by 4:00 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time, August 29, 2006 will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
