This FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY announcement is a notice that TRICARE Southeast, which includes all DoD Army, Air Force, Nav y Medical Treatment Facilities MTFs in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee and South Carolina are in the process of standardizing EndoMechanical Products as listed in the subject line above. Companies who currently possess or are in the proc ess of obtaining a Distribution and Pricing Agreements DAPAs with the Defense Supply Center, Philadelphia DSCP for this product are eligible to participate in the standardization process. For additional information on obtaining a DAPA, you may call DSCP at 215 737-8740. Base company criteria for this product Line: EndoMechanical Products includes but is not limited to the following: must carry a FULL LINE OF ENDOMECHANICAL PRODUCTS , must provide customer support in the form of a sales representative for each MTF within the TRICARE Southeast Region, must provide clinical support, education programs, and utilization reports, must provide companys return policy, must provide companys distribution network, must be able to provide product for all MTFs within the TRICARE So utheast Region, must provide volume discounts, and must provide electronic and hard-copy of proposed pricing and competitive product cross-reference. Must be able to provide representatives and product for vendor demonstrations at no charge to the governm ent and conduct product in-services for medical treatment facilities as needed. Must have or be in the process of obtaining a DAPA Number before the evaluation phase begins. Base technical criteria for this product line: Provide your Company Name, Point of contact, email address, phone number, and address. Is your company a manufacturer or distributor of EndoMechanical Products? Does your companies manufacture or distribute a full product line of EndoMechanical products to include, but not limited to open surgical products? List all types of trays, products and sizes. Does your company have a DAPA number? If so what is it? If your company does not have a DAPA number, provide date applied for. Are your products on the Federal Supply Schedule? Are your products available through the Prime Vendor, Owens & Minor? If not, provide date applied for. Are your Products FDA approved? Under what standards are your products manufactured? What type of materials are your products made of? Is your product latex free? Do your seals allow adaptability to all size scopes/instruments? What, if any, disposal issues are there? Do you use non-toxic, color fast dyes for labeling on your products? What type of Packaging Features do you include? Expiration date visible where? Lot Number? Shelf Life in Years? Color coded by size? Length of time product has been on the market? Does your company have the ability to service the entire Region? What is the return goods policy? Are there, or had there been any safety alerts for your products? If so, please provide data. What testing was performed to support the efficacy of your products? Any history of backorders and/or recalls for this product group? If yes, please list dates and duration length, cause, and resolution.
