MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, Washington, intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Cook Medical Inc, in the amount of $29,000.00 for Endovascular Aortic Grafts in accordance with FAR part 6.302-1. The surgeon has determined that these products will best meet the patients specific medical needs. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and a solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
