No site visit is possible due to construction of new Endo Suite. Attached drawings will be used lieu of site visit. Additional drawing information: GI #1 3B134: This is an endoscopy procedure room. GI#2 3B136: This is an endoscopy procedure room. ANES WORK 3B135: This will be used for some anesthesia storage, but will also have a physician workstation to complete the documentation for endoscopy. Solicitation Questions with answers: 1) How many procedure rooms do you have? Two 2) Does this include a Fluoro room for ERCP procedures? No 3) Do you do EUS procedures? If this is endobronchial ultrasound, we do not currently, but are seeking implementation of equipment for this procedure. 4) Is there an additional travel cart Not included in these rooms for Radiology, ICU, etc.? Yes, there is a third travel cart that we would like to use in the OR and other areas when required. 5) Do you have a dictation room or area outside procedure rooms to complete documentation; this would be needed if physicians want to complete their endoscopy reports outside procedure rooms? Yes, there is a small work room adjacent to the procedure rooms. 6) Do you need any licenses outside the procedure rooms? Yes. We need licenses so that 6 people can access the system at one time and 3 people can complete procedure notes at one time. 7) Do you need computer hardware - workstations and server - included in quote? Yes, we will require the entire system including hardware, software and server. 8) Will different integration options with VistA CPRS and VistA Imaging depending on workflow and needs be acceptable? Yes, integration approach of data and information should offer efficient workflow and reporting methods. 9) Do you require that the inbound demographics/scheduling and outbound integration with VistA, and DICOM endoscopic images/ endoscopy report to VistA Imaging be included? Yes.
