The VA Medical Center, Manchester NH, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements with Olympus America Inc for the Endworks Endoscopy Information Management Solution. This requirement will include the following characteristics: Product Description Endworks Endoscopy Information Management Solution to include network server manager hardware and software, licenses, all accessories and training. Salient Characteristics ENDOWORKS - Endoscopy Information Management Solution (manufactured by Olympus America Inc) Captures HD clinical images and videos. Generates physician procedure reports and letters. EndoWorks is built for ease of use and productivity. It can be accessed via the Internet from any authorized PC or workstation, on-site or off-site. Allows users to quickly tap into clinical images, as well as critical data, like patient medical information, exam histories, and standard analysis reports.With EndoWorks' reporting capabilities, users can easily generate nursing documents and analysis reports - plus automatically generate physician procedure reports, discharge instructions, and referring physician letters. And with HL7 (Health Level 7) and DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) support, EndoWorks ensures the interoperability of systems to facilitate workflow. Archives critical patient data to your HIS/EMR system. EndoWorks is a robust web-based information management solution that spans all stages of GI and pulmonary patient care with strict security measures to safeguard data. Provides users with faster, simpler access to medical information electronically. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than August 6, 2012, at 1:00 P.M. ET. Responses should be sent to [email protected].
