The VHA s Network Contracting Office 20, intends to award a sole source contract to Marco Ophthalmic, Inc., 11825 Central Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32224; to provide 2 EPIC 5100 Refraction Systems w/Contrasting Glare. Currently, the Government recognizes a single manufacturer and company able to provide this system. The contract will be firm-fixed price. This acquisition will be fulfilled under simplified acquisition procedures and other than full and open competition authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 09 August 2017.
