This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, equipment, and material to include delivery of Brand Name Or Equal ETHICON Harmonic Scalpel Generator as described in the attached SOLICITATION. ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMITT A COMPLETED SOLICITATION TO INCLUDE ATTACHMENT 1 OF THE SOLICITATION COMPLETED FOR TECHNICAL EVALUATION. IF A UNCOMPLETE PACKAGE IS RECEIVED IT WILL BE DEEMED UNACCEPTABLE.
