The Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) will be soliciting for contractors to provide Ethicon suture, endomechanical and trochar products as Brand Name or Equal. The WSNC is comprised of Department of Veteran Affairs Veteran Integrated Service Networks (VISN) 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22, which encompass 31 medical centers. The expected date of contract award is October 1, 2011. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 12, 2011. No electronic bids will be accepted.
