The South Texas Veterans Health Care System, 7400 Merton Minter Blvd., San Antonio, Texas (STVHCS) intends to enter into a sole source consignment agreement with EV3 to consign and purchase the following: (1) Visi-Pro Biliary Stent System, (2) Protg GPS Self-Expanding Nitinol Stent Biliary System, (3) Protg EverFlex Self-Expanding Nitinol Stent Bilary System, (4) Protg RX Carotid Stent System Straight, (4) Protg RX Carotid Stent System Tapered, (5) Paramount Mini GPS Biliary Stent System, (6) Balloon Catheter, (7) NanoCross Balloon Catheter OTW, (8) Filter, clot in various sizes. These items are utilized by the OR for limb and vascular procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2). All FAR provision and clauses may be reviewed and/or obtained from the General Service Internet address: http://www.arnet.gov/far. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All information shall be furnished at a not cost or obligation to the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses received, will be made entirely at the discretion of the Government.
